力士樂驅(qū)動(dòng)器修理故障：E250 Heatsink Overtemperature Warning散熱器過熱警告。一般在伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器維修過程中，不同的現(xiàn)象，產(chǎn)生的故障大有區(qū)別，驅(qū)動(dòng)器是用來控制伺服電機(jī)的一種控制器，其作用類似于變頻器作用于普通交流馬達(dá)，屬于伺服系統(tǒng)的一部分，主要應(yīng)用于高精度的定位系統(tǒng)。

散熱器過熱警告
Description:說明：
The temperature of the heatsink in the drive controller has reached the
maximum allowable temperature. Within a time frame of 30 seconds, the
drive follows the command value input. Consequently, there exists the
possibility to shut down the motor with the control so that it remains true to
the process. (For example close the operation, leave the collision area,
etc.) After 30 seconds, the parameter "Best Possible Deceleration, P-0-
0119" set reaction appears during operation.
驅(qū)動(dòng)器控制器中的散熱器溫度已達(dá)到最高允許溫度。在30秒內(nèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)器遵循命令值輸入。因此，存在使用控制裝置關(guān)閉電機(jī)的可能性，使其保持正確這一過程。（例如，關(guān)閉操作，離開碰撞區(qū)域，30秒后，參數(shù)“最佳可能減速，P-0-0119“設(shè)置反應(yīng)在操作過程中出現(xiàn)。
Cause:原因：
1. Deficiency of the drive's internal blower.
2. Deficiency of the control cabinet’s climate control.
3. Incorrect control cabinet dimensioning regarding the
head ventilation
1.驅(qū)動(dòng)器內(nèi)部鼓風(fēng)機(jī)不足。
2.控制柜氣候控制不足。
3.控制柜尺寸不正確頭部通風(fēng)
Remedy:
For 1. If the blower fails exchange the drive controller.
For 2. Install climitization feature to the cabinet.
For 3. Check the dimensions of the control cabinet.
對(duì)于1。如果鼓風(fēng)機(jī)出現(xiàn)故障，更換驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器。
對(duì)于2。為機(jī)柜安裝氣候調(diào)節(jié)功能。
對(duì)于3。檢查控制柜的尺寸。
